This redemption is run by Buckaroo Leatherworks Pty Ltd of 16 Bellambi Ln, Bellambi NSW 2518 Australia (Promoter). The redemption is only open to eligible claimants. An “eligible claimant” is a person who:

1. is either an Australian citizen or a resident;
2. submits a registration application for this redemption in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
3. registers this redemption for himself or herself exclusively and not on behalf of any other person or group of persons;
4. does not in any way tamper with the redemption and/or the registration process for the redemption;
5. purchases the listed Buckaroo product from an Authorised Total Tools Buckaroo Retailer in Australia only;
6. has an original purchase receipt and not a photocopy, photograph, or duplicate receipt of purchase from the Authorised Total Tools Retailer in Australia only.
7. does not include family members (including spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), as well as employees, staff, contractors, and any individuals directly associated with the promoter or its affiliates.

Any dispute arising from this redemption offer shall be resolved through arbitration, mediation, or litigation, as determined by the Promoter.

The promoter or any other parties involved in the redemption offer shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by participants, except to the extent required by law.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the promoter from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the redemption offer.

4. Upload your receipt as proof of purchase (JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF*);
5. Submit your form to Buckaroo for review to proceed.
6. Once you have submitted your Redemption Form, you will receive an email notification confirming your application has been submitted;
7. Your application will then be verified by a Buckaroo staff member;
8. You will be notified if you are successful or not with your application for redemption.

There is no fee charged to register for this redemption other than the cost of you accessing the Internet.

Gifts will be distributed from 14th September 2026 and may take1-2 weeks for delivery.

• No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, or misdirected claim forms.

• If this redemption is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including as a result of electronic tampering or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant or voter, or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the redemption, as appropriate.
• The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this Promotion and problems with transmission of entries and/or emails over the internet, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
• Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a Participant receiving a bonus offer are the sole responsibility of the eligible claimant or participant.
