SHIPPING POLICY

We work hard to keep our shipping rates at a reasonable flat rate of $14.95 domestically and $54.95 internationally while ensuring your items are delivered in the most efficient
and reliable way possible.

Shipping is free for Domestic orders over AUD$350 and International orders over AUD$500!

Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days domestically and up to 15-20 business days internationally. 

Buckaroo ships orders via Australia Post only. For international orders once the order reaches the destination country Australia Post will pass it on to their partner carrier.

You can expect an automatic email with tracking details once your order ships.

Customers are liable for any import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country where your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. 

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges or whether you will be affected,
please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Please note that orders will be shipped up to 7 days after your order has been processed to accommodate production time.
