Here’s what you need to know:

Returns, Warranty & Repairs
I purchased directly from the Buckaroo online store or factory shop
Change of mind or incorrect sizing returns terms and conditions

If you have received your order and changed your mind, we can provide a store credit of the items excluding shipping costs provided item(s) are returned within 30 days of your original order date.

If you have received your order and purchased an incorrect size, we can provide a store credit for the item excluding shipping costs provided item(s) are returned within 30 days of your original order date. For customers who purchased online or are unable to make it back to the factory shop please use the Aftership portal by clicking the returns claim button.

All returns must be shipped back to: Buckaroo Leatherworks / Warranty & Returns Dept. 16 Bellambi Lane, Bellambi, NSW, 2518, Australia.

Please note, the following terms and conditions of our return and refund policy:

  • Please initiate your return within 30 days of receiving the order;
  • Change of mind purchases or incorrect sizing can be returned for a store credit only. This store credit can be used to purchase the correct size, or other items;
  • Seconds items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged;
  • Discounted items will be credited the sale price, not the regular retail price;
  • Returned items must be returned in unworn and unused condition;
  • Shipping costs will not be covered by Buckaroo and are the responsibility of the customer;
  • Casual/Uniform belts that have been personalised can not be returned or exchanged;
  • Tool belts that have been personalised can be returned or exchanged for a different size however this will incur a $30 flat rate handling fee for swapping the belt tip and freight.
Warranty terms and conditions

Buckaroo provides a 12 month warranty on all Buckaroo products, beginning on the date of purchase.

If you are a Buckaroo direct customer and believe your product is faulty you can contact our warranties team with any questions, via warranty@buckarooleather.com.au. The fastest way to process a warranty claim is through our warranty form.

Please note any details that are incorrectly submitted or missing may impact the review process. Please be sure to double check this before submitting. Our team will review your warranty submission and get back to you within 2-3 business days regarding your claim.

If approved, Buckaroo will provide a replacement or refund the item at the customers discretion, only if the product was purchased within 12 months and is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing or design defect.

We will NOT issue a refund if we deem the product has been misused, neglected or tampered with which includes the following:
Repairs or modifications made to the product by any person other than Buckaroo Leatherworks Pty Ltd;
Operation of the product outside normal use;
Not taking precautionary measures to prevent damage occurring to the product;
Storing the product inappropriately;
Accidental damage or damage caused by environmental events;
Natural ageing of the product;
Damage caused by excessive heat or cold;
Normal wear and tear;
Seconds items are not eligible for warranty.

Once we’ve reviewed your submission, we’ll determine whether the item qualifies for repair and provide you with a cost along with the next steps.

Buckaroo Direct Customer 1 Year Guarantee

As a Buckaroo direct customer you qualify for our 1 year product repair guarantee. Whereby if any stitching or rivets need maintenance or repair from normal wear & tear, we’ll repair it for free within 1 year of purchase. No hassle - just send it back, we’ll take care of it and send it back to you. *

What’s Covered:

  • Stitching or rivet failure from regular use - “Normal wear & tear”.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from misuse, overloading, or unauthorised mods
  • Excessive wear and tearCosmetic wear like scuffs, marks, or natural patina

No worries - we’ll still help. Just get in touch via the Buckaroo Repair Assessment Form, and we’ll give you a fair quote before doing any work.

* At this point in time, the Buckaroo Direct Customer 1 Year Guarantee is limited to Australian & New Zealand customers only.

Buckaroo provides a 12 month warranty on all products. If you believe your product is faulty please return the item in person to the store of purchase as the reseller must process the claim.

The store can provide a replacement product at the customer's discretion if the product was purchased within 12 months and is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing or design defect only. All warranty requests must be approved by Buckaroo.

If you are submitting a warranty as a reseller store staff member.  Please fill out the Buckaroo warranty web form to lodge your warranty claim. Once submitted, our team will review the details and get back to you within 2-3 business days.

Please acknowledge that you have read the warranty terms and conditions.

Please note we cannot commence your warranty claim until we have all items listed below:

  • Customer proof of purchase
    Store PO/Invoice # associated with this product
  • Photos of the product showing the defect clearly. Please take this outdoors or in a naturally lit room on a neutral background (concrete/table/bench).
    a. We require clear hi-res images of the entire product on a plain background.
    b. Clear photos of the issue for warranty (1-2 photos)
  • Briefly describe the issue and how it came about, please note any tools or circumstances that may have caused the issue - this assists Buckaroo R+D greatly.
  • Complete the form entirely.

Please note a proof of purchase, pictures of the items and a store credit request must be attached for approval. Any details that are incorrectly submitted or missing may impact our review. Please be sure to double check this before submitting. Our team will review your warranty submission and get back to you within 2-3 business days regarding your claim. The store must retain and discard the item with discretion.

We will NOT issue a refund if we deem the product has been misused, neglected or tampered with which includes the following:

  • Failure to notify the retailer within 30 days of the damage occurring.

For Buckaroo product returns from an authorised Buckaroo re-seller please refer to store's returns policy.
Please note that returns policies vary from store to store.
Buckaroo provides a 12-month warranty on all products.

If you believe your product is faulty, please return the item in person to the store of purchase.

For all products purchased through an authorised Buckaroo reseller, Buckaroo cannot process a warranty claim directly with you. You must return the item in person to the store where it was purchased, and the reseller must process the claim.

  1. Return to store of purchase with receipt of purchase.
  2. The store can provide a replacement or refund for the product at the customers discretion if the product was purchased within 12 months and is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing or design defect only.
  3. The warranty request must be approved by Buckaroo in partnership with the reseller.
