- Photos of the product showing it in as-new condition. Please take this outdoors or in a naturally lit room on a neutral background. We require clear hi-res images of the entire product on plain background.
- Complete the form entirely.

If you believe your product is faulty, please return the item in person to the store of purchase.
For all products purchased through an authorised Buckaroo reseller, Buckaroo cannot process a warranty claim directly with you. You must return the item in person to the store where it was purchased, and the reseller must process the claim.
- Return to store of purchase with receipt of purchase.
- The store can provide a replacement or refund for the product at the customers discretion if the product was purchased within 12 months and is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing or design defect only.
- The warranty request must be approved by Buckaroo in partnership with the reseller.
