RETURNS POLICY – ONLINE STORE
CHANGE OF MIND / INCORRECT SIZE
If you have received your order and changed your mind or selected the incorrect size,
we can provide a refund of the items excluding shipping costs.
Please email retail@buckaroobelts.com a picture of the product in a re-sellable condition,
your online order summary and the returns form completed in full.
Please note: We will NOT refund the shipping costs for the incorrect size when using the sizing suggestion.
This is solely the customers responsibility.
Please note if you have added a name stamp added at time of purchase, you may not return or exchange your item for change of mind/incorrect size.
WARRANTY POLICY – ONLINE STORE
FAULTY PRODUCT
Buckaroo provides a 12 month warranty on all products. If you believe your product is faulty please fill out the consumer warranty claims form and include a picture of the faulty product. We will provide a replacement or refund the item at the customers discretion if the product was purchased within 12 months and is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing or design defect only.
We will not issue a refund if we deem the product has been misused, neglected or tampered with which includes the following:
- Repairs or modifications made to the product by any person other than Buckaroo Leather Pty Ltd.- Operation of the product outside normal use
- Not taking precautionary measures to prevent damage occurring to the product
- Storing the product inappropriately
- Accidental damage or damage caused by environmental events
- Natural ageing of the product
- Damage caused by excessive heat or cold
- Normal wear and tear

please return the item in person to the store of purchase.
The store can provide a replacement or refund for the product at the customers discretion if the product was
purchased within 12 months and is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing or design defect only.
All warranty requests must be approved by Buckaroo by submitting a warranty claim form online.

for approval. The store must retain and discard the item with discretion.

- Failure to notify the retailer within 30 days of the damage occurring
