Measure around your lumbar, the point between waist and hips, near the belly button. Wearing normal work gear, relaxed, after a full breath out.

STEP-BY-STEP MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Use a tape measure or flexible seamstress tape, worn over your day-to-day work attire.
  2. Wrap it around your lumbar, between waist and hips, at roughly belly-button height. Keeping it level and overlapping at the front.
  3. Stand relaxed, take a full breath in, exhale, then pinch the tape where it meets and read the measurement.
  4. Enter that number above in mm or inches.

We work and live in the Illawarra, on Dharawal Land, Australia – nicknamed the ‘Coal Coast’ because it’s a hard-working, coal mining territory.

Designed to carry a range of pouches, tool frogs and bags for rescue equipment. The extra front strap provides a quick release option for rescue equipment, should this be necessary in a safety situation. Team with a pair of suspenders for extra benefit. Optimal fit is fastened on the centre hole.This belt contains NO aluminium parts or materials.

** This is the Extra long quick-release straps which allows Self Rescue Units to be moved in front of body without removing from the belt **
