Includes 4 extra pressure-rivets for extra strength while carrying heavier loads and an extended exterior belt strap for secure and convenient storage of self-rescuers.
First of all, the belt is very well made and is of very sturdy construction. Comfortable to wear and offers great support.
However, no belt is perfect. while the following are definitely not deal breakers, they should be considered for any miner looking to purchase this belt.
the right hand accessory belt was a little too long when everything is buckled down, however, after trimming approximately 40mm off, it fits comfortably.
One last thing to note, and probably the biggest for me, is that you must unbuckle the left hand accessory strap to remove the belt. that means if you need to remove the belt to enter a vehicle or go for crib, your self rescuer (or whatever you have on your left) can slide straight off,
All in all happy with my purchase and would recommend the belt over all.
