• We do not deliver to PO Box's, please provide a physical address
• Order processed within 3 business days where possible, if an item is out of stock it will need to go into production. For this we allow 7 days after the order is processed.
• Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 5-10 business days, while international orders may take up to 15-20 business days for delivery. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an automatic email containing tracking details.
• Customs and import duties are at the customers expense.
• You will be liable for any import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country where your order is being shipped to.
• Buckaroo is not liable for these charges, they cannot be reimbursed or refunded by us.
• We have noticed orders within the UK, USA and CANADA have been getting charged customs fees. Please take note of this when ordering, if you are unsure of the charges or whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office directly.
• Fed Ex are our international courier. If you are an international customer, please keep an eye out for an email from Fed EX (May convert to UPS). Delays with customs payment can hold up your order delivery timeframe.
