Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship to virtually any address in the world.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our factory based in Wollongong Australia and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days domesticaly and up to 14 days internationally.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

If you do not receive one, please email orders@buckarooleather.com.au

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for any import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country where your order is being shipped to.  These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. 

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by us.

If you are unsure of the charges or whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

In Australia we use Fastways and Australia Post.

For international orders we use TNT and Australia Post.

 

RETURNS

WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

We accept exchanges and refunds on products.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.

Item/s must not have been used, worn or altered in any way.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

Email us at orders@buckarooleather.com.au and we will allocate a Returns Authority (RA) number for you and give you all the details you need.

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your products being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods and keep a record of the tracking details.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible.  If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authority (RA) number within 24 hours. 

If you're exchanging, we will send your products out and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days

If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 5-7 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at orders@buckarooleather.com.au so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
